Please include a copy of your invoice with the reason for return and if the product is returned in its original condition. If you have more than one item to return/exchange, please send in one package.Exchange request within 7 days of receiving the order.The product should be unused,undamaged and original condition without any stain,scratches or holes

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us with your issue before sending the return.We will refund your payment less shipping costs

Do not Accept any product which seems to be tampered by the courier services.

Please make a video while opening the Packaging as a supporting proof.

Do not break the seal of the product if you have any doubts/questions about authenticity.

Once the product seal is broken, we do not accept return/replacement for the product.We won’t be able to accept any return/replacement if the above points are not being followed.

What should I do when I receive courier damaged product/item?

We recommend you not to accept the product/item from the courier person and kindly take images (or videos) of the same and share with us It will help us to raise the concern with the respective courier partner.

REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to receive your refund please follow the steps below:

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
Request your Return Authorization Number and by emailing [email protected] with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure you send the item back as a gift as we don’t cover custom fees for returns)
Upon the receipt of your package your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

**All returns are subject to a 15% restocking/disposal fee.
*Because of the nature of our business and products, we are unable to restock or resell any opened items. Returns are processed within 5-7 days after your items are delivered to us.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with picture attached.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS:
Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team via the Online Request Form within 7 business days from delivery date. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Members are able to cancel their order 12-24 hours from ordering so long as it is still pending shipment for a full refund no questions asked.
